My Hero

We did not go to church today because my foot has been hurting a lot. The infection has caused more pain than I expected. They took the stitches out to try to help the infection, but that has caused the incision to open up some, so it is a losing situation. So, tonight, I did not want to cook and we needed some groceries, so we loaded up and went to Quizno's. We then went to the grocery store and headed home. We pulled into the garage and Jason got out and immediately said, "Oh no, what's that noise?" One of our back tires was rapidly losing air. We ran the groceries in and put up the cold stuff and headed to the Sonic shopping center really close to our house. Our driveway is sloped and Jason did not think it was safe to change it at home. Plus, the parking lot has really good lighting. He changed the tire and got us going again. The girls waited patiently in their car seats while he worked (and I took pictures). Between his back and my foot, we are a real pair these days! We have decided we better just stay together because no one else would want us at this point!!
