The boot is OFF!

I went to the doctor this afternoon and she told me I could stop wearing the boot. That sounded like great news to me! I got home, pulled the boot off and put on my tennis shoe. Then, I tried to walk and was quite disappointed when it hurt really bad. She said it would be sore for a while. So, I am getting around slowly. She only took out half of the stitches because the incision is not healing very quickly. I go back in a week and a half and we'll see how it is at that point. At least I got to take a shower and shave my leg. I think I ruined a razor!
