Christmas Day

Okay, get ready...there are tons of pictures, but we had a great day and I could not seem to pick pictures to put up here. So, take a deep breath and stop and rest if you need to!

The tree was decorated and everything was ready when we got there Christmas Eve night.
The girls got up and headed for one of their favorite toys at Mimi and Papa Earl's.
Chelsey has to remind them it is her car!
Rylee's a happy little driver.
Stocking time!
Aunt Ally helped Rylee and I helped Reagan.
Reagan got her hands full and she was done. She did not care what else was in there!

Reagan's has Snoopy on it.
Reagan trying out her new lipstick.
Papa Earl got a new coffee mug with the girl's pictures on it.
Rylee got some "big-girl" flip-flops from Aunt Ally and Uncle Blake.
Jason got me a Dallas Cowboys Tony Romo jersey. What a surpirse!
Rylee got some new crocs.

They make her run faster and jump higher!

Papa Earl and Mimi taped a picture of us on it for fun.

Rylee showing off her hamster from the movie, Bolt. Reagan was scared to death of hers!
And, back to old faithful!
Another of their favorite toys. All this new stuff and they want the things they always play with when we are there.
One look at the next few pictures and I am wondering what I got myself into when I said, "I do!"
But, I'm glad I did. I still love him!
My "guitar hero"
Having fun playing games.
I decided to try. I was not too good, but it was fun.
The Reeves Family
Jason, Kathy, Granny Dot, Earl, Colby
Chelsey, Rhonda, Ashley
Reagan and Rylee
We also cannot forget Blake, Ashley's husband. He is serving our country in the Navy and is deployed. We missed him and pray for his safe return.
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

Christmas Eve

We did our stockings on Christmas Eve morning at the lake because we would be leaving that night to head to Lamesa. Yes, we use paper grocery bags for our stockings! Not exactly traditional, but we found Santa (or Santa-Bob as I like to call her!) could never fit all of our goodies into regular stockings.

The flashlights were the favorites!
When my niece was little, my parents started a tradition of taking the girls shopping to buy a present for Mommy and Daddy. It was fun for us this year because Rylee was big enough to get involved. This is what we found under the tree. How sweet!
Daddy got a calendar for his office that Gran and Rylee made with pictures and from the past year and Rylee wrote in it. Reagan added some stickers as a final embellishment. Mommy got a camera case for my purse to hold my little camera. Somehow we didn't get a picture of that one.
Rylee got some red dress shoes from GB.
Reagan got a jewelry box from Pa Pa and Gran.
It had a necklace inside!
Rylee got a game from Pa Pa and Gran.
I got a beautiful crystal salad bowl from GB. If I'm going to be eating this much salad, I might as well do it in style, right?
We had a wonderful time at the lake. Now, it is time to make the 2.5 hour drive to Lamesa so we can wake up there on Christmas morning.

More Christmas at the Lake

The girls got to open more presents today.

Rylee got a "My Little Pony" set with two ponies and several outfits from GB.
Reagan got a Crazy Legs Learning Bug from GB.
GB is helping Reagan put shoes on one of the ponies.
Time to open presents from Pa Pa and Gran Love.
Rylee got roller skates!
Gran helping Rylee put them on. Reagan is very interested.
Daddy helping Rylee try them out.
Reagan got a DJ toy that has a microphone she can sing into.
Reagan loves the bags more than anything. She loves to carry around as much as possible.
