American Girl Dolls

GranBob gives us Christmas money at Thanksgiving.  We then do our own shopping and bring it to her house at Christmas and have "show and tell."  She started this several years ago when PaBill was requiring more time and care and she did not have the time and energy to do all the shopping.  It has turned into a fun tradition.  In the past, Jason and I have used the money to buy the girl's presents and then wrapped them.  This year, they wanted American Girl baby dolls.  We decided to make a fun trip of going to the American Girl store at the Galleria and let the girls pick out their new babies.  They had so much fun.  They each got a baby, one extra outfit, and a hair brush and mirror set.  They each got to give the cashier their money and they thought they were really grown up!  Thanks, GB!

Those dolls are amazing. So are their clothes. Even though dolls terrify me, I'm sure my children will have some of their own as well.
