This past weekend, we celebrated the birthday of our good friend, Jack. He had friends and family over to his in-laws' house for a swim party and cookout. While there, Rylee got up the nerve to jump into the pool from the side by herself and go under the water. What really surprised us was when she decided to jump in from the side that is several feet above the water. With this progress, we're hoping that she'll be willing to go down the slide at the lake house the next time we visit (it, too, is several feet to fall to the water). Here are photos from the party and a couple of videos at the end, one of which is video of Rylee jumping from the tall edge.

Celebrating Jack's Birthday
Rhonda and Reagan pose for a photo.
I really like to see Reagan's smile when she is having a great time.
CANNONBALL!
Our good friends and their families.
My beautiful bride.
Photo of the property from the second floor balcony.
One bath house with the cooking accessories.
Second bath house with the restroom and fireplace.
Having a great time.
Rylee jumping in and going underwater by herself. The following is a high-speed sequence.
We were proud of Rylee; she respects the water while still having fun.
Brian and Beth chilling out together while keeping any eyes on their kids.
"Mmm, cupcake..."
"Daddy, leave me and my cupcake alone."
"Back to the important things in life!"
Holy cow, Rylee actually got the nerve to jump in from this height
(first with me in the water a bunch of times, then by herself from them on).
Jack, the birthday boy...
...and his bride, Amy. Thanks for all the hard work, Amy!!!
The property is beautiful and spacious, click for a video.
Here is a video of Rylee jumping in and swimming, click to watch.

So cute! I love little Reagan's face with the cupcake. She is serious about your desserts! And how awesome that Rylee jumped in! I still don't do that. Give everyone our love!!!
